1. About Us
Crystal Flow H2O is an authorized distributor of TipaTech water filtration systems. We sell the T-18 Whole-House Water Filtration System, LotusDY Under-Sink Water Purifier, and related accessories. We are based in Northern California and ship nationwide.
2. Products and Pricing
- All products sold are genuine TipaTech products
- Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders
- Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly
3. Orders and Payment
- By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe or PayPal
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is processed
4. Shipping
- Free Shipping: All orders ship free within the continental United States
- Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days
- Delivery: Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days
- Installation: Installation is performed by independent, licensed plumbing contractors — not by Crystal Flow H2O. On request we can connect you with a licensed installer from our vetted network, in Northern California or anywhere else in the U.S. Please contact us before ordering if you'd like us to arrange this. See Section 7 for details.
5. Returns and Refunds
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
- Products must be in original condition and packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item
6. Warranty
- T-18 System: Limited 5-year warranty
- LotusDY System: Limited 1-year warranty
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use
- Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or neglect
- Register your product at TipaTech Warranty Registration
7. Installation
- Crystal Flow H2O is a water treatment equipment dealer, not a licensed contractor. Crystal Flow H2O does not hold a licence issued by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) and does not perform plumbing, installation, or other work covered by the California Contractors State License Law.
- All installation work is performed by independent, licensed plumbing contractors, or by the customer's own qualified professional, or by the customer following the instructions provided with the system.
- As a courtesy, and on request, Crystal Flow H2O will help connect you with a licensed local contractor from its vetted referral network. That contractor is an independent business, not an employee, agent, or subcontractor of Crystal Flow H2O. You contract with the installer directly. The installer sets its own scope, schedule, and price, and is solely responsible for its own work, licensing, bonding, insurance, and warranties.
- Crystal Flow H2O is not responsible for the work, scheduling, pricing, or conduct of any third-party installer, whether that installer came from our referral network or was chosen by you independently.
- Ask any installer for their CSLB licence number before work begins. You can verify it free at cslb.ca.gov.
- Improper installation may void the manufacturer's warranty.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Crystal Flow H2O or TipaTech and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Crystal Flow H2O shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
